1. A local-first experience

There is no account, registration form, payment flow or cloud game profile. The game code does not send your game results, eligibility declaration or leaf balance to a backend. It does not request your precise location, date of birth, password or payment details.

2. What is saved in your browser

• Eligibility: a local flag recording that you confirmed you are 19+ and in Canada.
• Play data: your fictional leaf balance and up to 20 recent round results, shared between the ten games.
• Play controls: your reminder interval and any 24-hour pause expiry.
• Session time: the current tab’s session start and last reminder, stored in session storage while the tab remains open.

Persistent data uses browser local storage with the prefix mathewsondesign.; session data uses session storage. Data remains on the device until removed or overwritten. If storage is unavailable, play can run in memory and may reset on navigation or refresh.

3. Cookies and analytics

The supplied website code does not set cookies, load advertising or analytics tools, embed third-party game providers or load remote fonts. All website images, styles and game code are included locally. We do not describe these settings as advertising consent, because no advertising technology is included.

4. Hosting and email

Like most websites, the hosting service may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested page and timestamp. The hosting provider and retention settings depend on the site operator’s deployment. This page does not claim that hosting logs do not exist.

If you email hello@mathewsondesign.com, your email service sends your address, message and attachments to that mailbox. Send only information needed for your request. The website itself does not submit support forms or store email correspondence.

5. Your choices

Use Your local data to remove locally saved play history, balance and eligibility confirmation. An active 24-hour pause is preserved by that control until it expires. You can remove all site storage through your browser settings. For questions or requests concerning information you sent by email, contact support. We may need enough information to locate the correspondence, but you should not send identity documents unless a necessary, secure process has been agreed.

External support links are optional and have their own privacy practices. This website is intended only for people aged 19+ in Canada; it is not intended for children.
