The clear boundaries
Terms of use
Please read these boundaries before playing. The short version: Canada, 19+, free entertainment, and no money or prizes.
Effective October 16, 2026
1. What this service is
mathewsondesign.com is a free, browser-based social casino-style entertainment website. It offers ten themed demonstration games. It is not a real-money gambling service and does not offer deposits, purchases, cash withdrawals or prizes of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old and located in Canada to play. Do not use the games if you do not meet both requirements. The confirmation screen relies on your declaration; it is not identity, age or location verification. Do not use the service where local law prohibits it.
3. Maple Leaves are fictional
Maple Leaves are non-transferable virtual play units. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased or sold and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. The starting balance is 100,000 Maple Leaves. There is no promise of financial gain.
4. How the games work
All ten games share a simple 5-column, 3-row matching engine with five equally likely symbols. Three or more identical symbols starting at the leftmost column of a horizontal row award fictional leaves. The exact multipliers are shown beside each game. Each play is independent; past results do not predict future results.
Results are generated in your browser, not by a remote gambling server. The illustrated themes differ, but they do not add undisclosed bonus mechanics. These demo games are not represented as independently tested or certified casino software. Success here does not predict success in real-money gambling.
5. Local progress and availability
No registration is provided. Where browser storage is available, the balance and recent game history are stored locally. Clearing storage, private browsing, technical failures or changing devices may remove progress. There is no server backup, and local progress cannot be restored by support. Only one active game tab should be used at a time.
The site is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue the free experience. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
6. Healthy use and conduct
Take regular breaks. The reminder and pause tools work only in the current browser and are not a regulated self-exclusion service. Do not use the site to harm others, interfere with its operation or misrepresent fictional leaves as having value.
7. No regulatory claims
The site does not claim approval, certification, licensing or endorsement from a Canadian gambling regulator. No regulator logo or certification is presented.
8. Questions
For questions about these terms or the website, email hello@mathewsondesign.com. “mathewsondesign” is the website’s product name; it is not a claim of incorporation or a business registration.
